This reflective blog forms part of the course requirements for ‘The Award in Education & Training’. I am recently qualified librarian at Leicester College in the UK, who is undertaking the course to gain teaching knowledge to (hopefully!) improve teaching in the study skills sessions offered through the library service to HE learners.
